We gathered at Bob's Burger and Brew in Burlington for our annual Chapter Charter signing and to fill out and sign new ride waivers for 2009... |

Lots of visiting and catching up before the breakfast was ordered and the meeting began... |
| 2009 ride waivers were passed around and we got to the business of filling out and signing those documents. Our Motorcycle endorsement on our driver's licenses were verified by Roy, the Chapter Sargeant at Arms... |

Then, on to the Charter. STAR Touring and Riding requires that each page of the Charter be read aloud to the membership so JohnG, Chapter President, passed around pages to some "volunteers". Leeny reads page 1.. |
